I had lodged a complaint on 13/04/17 at 10.35 a.m regarding poor to no water supply in my residential area since 5 days at Greater Kailash III Masjid Moth but to my dismay the problem has not been resolved for more than a week since it started. I was told to contact J.E Mr Alok Kumar but in spite of his fair reaction to our call the problem persists.
Do I need to contact higher authority/councilor/mla to get the things done?They say a pipe got burst under a prospective construction but then what remains as our fault as a resident of this area is the poor measure implementation and execution by our less-responsible or under-competent system or organization.
I am astounded by how the lack of a basic amenity has not rung a bell in the ears of the authorities for more than a week now.
