In November 2021 DJB sent me a bill that was around 8 times higher than all preceding bills. (Rs.8, 000+!) (bill no[protected] I have been trying to resolve this since then. I am still receiving high bills with arrears and higher unit costs. Since September 2021 we have used approximately 24 units per month (meter readings[protected]. I have tried to register a grievance online and through the app on my phone. Neither are being accepted. I am a senior citizen and very careful with water. I request DJB to please investigate and resolve this and provide a new bill without the arrears and other excess charges. Thank you.

Updated by jvang1 17 Sept. Remains unresolved in spite of many grievances registered on the DJB site and by whatsapp and email to various officials, No responses. What does one have to do to get redressal?
