[Resolved] Delhi Jal Board — overcharged bill | |||
Kno no. [protected] sant gadh tilak nagar 110018 I m facing issue of overcharged billing and meter status is showing mloc in billing although my meter connection is new and working properly i got this connection on may-2017 because this is new constructed building/floor and first entry is was us but during 9 month meter reader did not come and not any physical bill i thought we are getting govt examption benefit of 20 t/l monthly so therfore bill is not generating but after 9 month i just tried online billing system on jal board site i shocked that bill was generating regularly and during 9 month it was reach to amount rs.36466.00 but meter reading was only 107 unit so i went to delhi jal board office in janakpuri and submited application but still no action after 2 month of submition and bill is genereting regularly same my complaint no is 7733 Was this information helpful? | |||
Aug 7, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved my issue has solved in 2 days after posting complaint at this portal, jal board team member visited at my site and resolved issue on same day. thanx a lot Delhi Jal Board customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
