Delhi Jal Board — people are not coming to take meter readings for 5-6 months and how we are getting the bills?

Respected sir, my k no is [protected].i have been facing this problem for last few months .no one from your deptt Is coming to take meter readings and we are getting bills on an average basis though we were not using that motor for almost one year where the meter is fitted.i am paying Rs[protected] every month even for not using the water.kindly send someone to take the meter Readings Between 3.30 pm to 4.30 pm.so that the authenticity Should be maintained.Regards.
