Delhi Jal Board — poor service and rude behaviour in sewer system by djb employees

I am going to bring into your notice that some djb worked came and try to cleaning sewer and they left the sewage's debris/rubbish on corner of my house since 1 week and now i tried to call djb helpline number 1916 but unable to dialled. So, i tried to local djb office and had a word with the someone, and i requested him to submit a complaint but he denied to register the same and share one mobile number i. E. [protected]- rajpal, also i asked his name but he again denied. Then i called rajpal and ask to clean/swipe the rubbish in front of my house, but he behaved very rudely and asked me that this will take 3 days. Really i'm very disappointed with the behaviour and with the answer and also he ask me from where you get this number. I shared the same. I request to please make any customer care number that will provide better service and also they know how to talk with the customer. I am very ashamed that still djb provided this kind of service. So, i request you to please swipe this rubbish at the earliest.
