Delhi Jal Board — poor water reaching supply in locality

I m from baljeetngr. street ngr no.-2 near baba balak nath mandir water supply of DJB in our locality or nearby is having poor condition.water don't reach at residence of my neighbour and me from 2-3 weeks at a time that is given by the DJB water supply timing. I complain so many time about this water reaching problem in our locality but their is no response given from any officer or agent of DJB so plz i hope u will find solution of mine problem in some 1-2 days

My water meter is running fast and my k no [protected] .The first reading was on 27 March 2017 its reading was 171 and the second readiing on 12 March 2018 715 .We are getting bills on yearly basis. We use ground water quarterly every week . Please help me what to do.
