Delhi Jal Board — Recording of reading without acttually visiting prremises by Meter Reader at West Patel Nagar

The Water Meter Reader Mr. Ashwini of West Patel Nagar does not record the actual reading and submit the reading as he may deem fit. My average consumption is 21 units per month while the consumption given by the meter reader for the period 20 May to 23 Aug 2014 (3 months) as 9 units per month and from 23.8.14 to 16 Oct, 2014 (less than 2 months) as 16 units per month. Both the readings given by him are submitted by him by his own presumption and not by visiting the premises. My water reading as on today is.i.e.. 20.12.14 is 1300. My bill may please be regenerated w.e.f. from 20th May 2014 and settled on the basis of actual reading.
