Delhi Jal Board — reg harassement by meter reader

sir, i have a meter k.no [protected] in the name of sadhu singhadd 222 padam nagar delhi7.i have less consumption of water.and bill reading is less.this time he send me water bill with pmr status. dfmt which is not correct .please check the meter by someone else.i again put in your kind notice that i have very less consumption. i am not ready to give bribe to this meter reaer .please do the needful.
