Delhi Jal Board — Regarding smelly water supply during evening time

This is Dr matin khan residing in hari nagar for past 6 months and I have been noticing the very bad quality of water during evening supply, after seeing I can say that it’s directly coming from gutter and smelling like ### .. kindly resolve the issue ASAP, as I have been noticing one more thing too that no one has come forward and raised the concerned issue
