I am having water meter having K. No. [protected] in the name of Daulat Ram Gautam r/o 13 (2F), Samman Bazar, Bhopal, Jangpura, New Delhi-110014. I received a message that your water meter bill for the month of Feb-March 2016 is nil as units consumed are zero whereas our present meter reading as on 23.04.2016 is 2675. Please re-raise the bill according to the units consumed.
