Delhi Jal Board — sewer blockage not resolved

I am complaining continuosly for sewer blockage wef 17/5/19 near my house add wz-1850, multani mohalla, rani bagh, delhi-110034, but nothing has been done to resolve the problem so far, surprisingly i have been informed by their customer support that complaint has been resolved and closed by je of area. This is highly objectionable. This has been happened many times in past. Strict action should be taken against the responsible persons this is directly in contrast to modijis swachh bharat abhiyan.
