Delhi Jal Board — Sewer blockage / Overflow Complaint[protected] No action taken

Hi, I am a resident of Rajouri Garden; address J-6/93 Rajouri Garden. I logged a complaint[protected] yesterday regarding blocked sewer drainage outside my house due to which the sewer water is backing in our toilets and we are unable to use them also it is impacting the health of my family members at our home. The sewer is blocked from a month now. Today i have received the status of my complaint as solved, surprisingly no action was taken, nobody come for any inspection and the sewer is still blocked. I am looking for an answer from the management through this written complaint and want to know how this complaint got closed without taking any action on it? Is this the way Govt of Delhi works? Are the employees under your department work like this? And are you aware of these kind of Issues. Every month we pay sewer charges and this is in return we get.
