Respected Sir,
Refer to our abovesaid Key no, Our Bill no[protected], Dated[protected], Due Date – 06/06/2016 bill amount Rs. 6912/- .

I want to inform you that we have received your water bill on 01/06/2016, and have received excess amount of water bill against less use of water consumption. It is impossible as we are only 2 persons in this flat and we both are working. Hole day we are not available at the home.

Hence, we request you please take necessary action against my bill and solve this problem of access amount and please respond as soon as possible as due date is very close.
