This is to bring to your kind notice that :-
1. For domestic consumers consumption of water below 20 kl is free as per
Honb'le cm sir.
2. We have received the following bills:-

We consumed 22 units and we have to pay rs 802/- from 13 nov-2016 to 23 march 2017.
Please justify so that we pay the bills on time, if any.
