Delhi Jal Board — The pipe line is not installed at F-56, Jai Vihar, Najafgarh, New Delhi ( 4 times complaint)

I have deposit the payment of Dec. 23, 2016. The pipe line is not installed at F-56, Jai Vihar, Najafgarh.

I am trying to contact you several times of Mr. Sabu Contractor of Jai Vihar Pipe line, Mobile no. [protected]). He is not take my phone.
