Delhi Jal Board — Unjustified high bill issuance

This is to bring to your notice that we have been receiving high water bills for more than a year now. Nobody comes for reading of water bill and we are charged every month with high bill which is not as per our consumption and thus baseless. It is pertinent to mention that I have lodged a complaint through telephone helpline i.e.1916 and got a complaint No.[protected]. I am unable to know the complaint status as the telephone line 1916 is not working properly and the concerned person is not getting connected.
