Delhi Jal Board — very high water bill but we have not consume much more

My name is ram pravesh singh r/o - b-1/5a sewak park dwarka mor new delhi, i would like to draw your attention on my
High water bill issue nd my (Bill id:[protected] with k no. [protected]) we have 500 ltrs. Water tank in our home nd we consume 500 ltrs. Water in 15 to 20 days but instead i got my water bill at my door step which is shows rs.5181 how is this possible because we haven't consumed this much more water.

Sir please it's my humble request to you please help us to short out our problem as soon as possible because due date written is 7th feb 2019
I'm very panic to got this water bill
