Delhi Jal Board — Water not coming from last 3-4 days and water timming is very bad which is after 12:30 Am

Complained on the 1916 helpline about the water which was not coming from last 4 days (complaint No DJB[protected]. But no action was taken, I called at [protected] & message to the allotted person JE Hans Raj Meena but no response from his side (the phone is always "busy").
and water timming is very bad which is after 12:30 Am which very hard to wait till midnight.
