Delhi Jal Board — wrong bill in july

Address: 12/3, ashok nagar, delhi

Bill from 25 may to 14 july.

Last meter reading on 25th may: 1723
July meter reading date is 14th july.

When i check on 23rd july meter reading is 1760, then why bill is generated.
Please look into this and correct. The bill amount should be zero.

Updated by pri_ranjan21 Only 37 unit is consumed till 23rd July and meter reading happened on 14th July, so its less than 40 unit
