Delhi Jal Board — Wrong Bill Issues | |||
Dear Sir, I had already mailed as a complaint. My water bill is being sent wrong time and again. Sometimes 600 thousand rupees and sometimes 2 or 3 thousand rupees. Now again a bill of Rs 5738 has been sent. I am sending the photo of my meter by attaching it. This will give you an idea that my water bill is being sent wrongly. Complaints have been made many times. On complaining, the bill is reduced to zero. Do I have to mail or file a complaint every time I get a water bill? I got my meter installed myself. Due to which the government employee who comes to note our meter readings. He got angry. Why didn't we take the meter from them. He writes wrong note all the time that the gate was locked. Due to which the meter reading could not be taken. The gate remains open from morning till 10 in the night and the water meter is also in the garage. The meter reading person neither rings the bell nor ever called us. You have to get so much attention that one should get that meter reading person done with power. Even the water bill of all o[censored]s close to it comes to zero. Why is our bill sent wrong? Please check it and zero our bill. We live in the house only husband and wife. We do not spend so much water that the water bill should be sent to 5 thousand or 6 thousand rupees. Why is the bill being sent to us? Please check it.
