Delhi Jal Board — Wrong bill received continues k no.[protected]

I have installed new connection in july 2015 & received first bill in mar 2016 for rs 3200. On average basis without reading as metre running ok. I compliant on line that in m seva portal but no response. Again this month i received bill ofrs 3972 on average basis as the reading in meter is 122 unit but i got the avg. Reading bill of 240 units till now from july 2015. So pl. Help & correct the bill on actual basis. Thanks. Rakesh batta. K. No. [protected]
