This has reference to Grievance ID- [protected] dated 13th Dec 22, you have closed this without response to me. I once again request you to pls look into the matter and respond to me.
I. am inn receipt of bill dated 07-12-22 for Rs.1010. This is raised without taking any reading and the fact that there is no water supply in my house. This was raised in Aug 22 but you have closed my complaint without addressing the issue. You are once again requested to pls visit our premises with prior information so that we can show you the meter and you can check whether we are getting water supply or not.
