Delhi Jal Board — wrong name of consumer in latest water bill

I had applied for mutation of water connection in DJB office, sector 6, Vishram Chock, Rohini, Delhi to ZRO/NW 2/471 vide diary no 876 dated 6/2/14. Connection was mutated/tranferred in my name and water bill was issued in my name on dated 4/4/14 vide bill no[protected] of Rs 537/-.My next bill was issued on dated 24/9/14 vide bill no[protected] of Rs -544/-after adjusting all arrears. Now the latest bill on dated 13/2/15 of Rs 216/- has been issued vide bill no[protected] in the name of previous consumer, Sh Mahender Kumar s/o Chatar Singh instead of my name. This shows the failure of DJB staff which is not appreaciable. Pl correct the consumer name in latest water bill & mail me the corrected bill as soon as possible.
