Delhi Jal Board — wrong report submitted by meter reader that my mete is stopped

My address is 24, vishwa karma park, laxmi nagar.

This is to inform pou that the metre reader submitted wrong report that my water meter is stopped.in 2012.
So now average bill is coming which is always rs 1100/- or more.
Pls get it checked my water meter is working fine.
Yesterday meter reader came took the reading. I told him that my meter is working but he didn't agree.

Pls resolve it at the earliest.
