Delhi Jal Board — wrong/access billing

Hi,
I received bill rs-3404 against kno-[protected] from 23-apr-2018 to 13-jul-2018 (Already having rs -5042.87 arrears)

As per bill /mloc on current meter reading status. But would like to inform you that we are not in home when executive came for reading.

We are attaching current snap of meter with reading, please check and revised the bill accordingly.
