Delhi Online Florist — Cheated By charging and not Delivering product

I ordered a cake and flowers for my mother on her birthday on 12 May 2014 through delhionlineflorist.com and nothing has been delivered till date. The amount of Rs.995 is debited to my account against online transaction and the site gave me order confirmation. I have saved the screen shot of the order confirmation that said I would soon get an order confirmation mail from them. I never got any mail from them and nothing was delivered to my mother and my money was gone. I wrote to them on their website and they replied to me asking me to call up on any of the numbers [protected], [protected], [protected]. I called up the numbers and I am put on hold for very long and then asked to disconnect because all their staff is busy...all this on international call! Please help me get back my money...but more than that please help me have this company blacklisted. THEY ARE A FRAUD. Warm regards Jyoti Roy
