I ordered a cake and flowers for my mother on her birthday on 12 May 2014 through delhionlineflorist.com and nothing has been delivered till date. The amount of Rs.995 is debited to my account against online transaction and the site gave me order confirmation. Dear Sir,
On 13 Feb, I made a transaction of Rs.990 from my HDFC bank credit card, on the website of DelhiOnlineFlorists.com which after I entered all my credit card details, gave me an error screen.
After which I called them and they said they have not received any transaction order from me.
I sent them the screenshot of my payment detail credit card detail page by email, after which they never replied. HDFC...
