Delhi Police — abusing on phone from around one month

I am getting a fake call from a number [protected]. He used abusing language and always call at late night. I am very distress from this call. When i return call or threaten him about delhi police, then he stoped callig and then after 4-5 days he again stared doing this. Please check into the metter.
