Delhi Police — amount paid but services not received

Contacted by max holiday representative mr. Gaurav mobile number [protected] on[protected] and offer a discounted holiday package with additional gift. They share same on email also. For payment they ask to go on there website named www.maxholiday.co.in and there was a link for make the payment according to the plan. I have made the payment of inr 10, 000/- and receive confirmation email from the email id [protected]@maxholiday.co.in. When next day i asked for the product and the gift as per the email commitment there was no response from there side. Now the number is switch off.

Need help and support to get my money back.
