My Self Himanshi Bhola and I am from Delhi and I am Running Travel agency in the name of SEALAND HOLIDAY.

My concern is One of Mr. Deepak who's Running Company with the Name of JOURNEY LEADS MUMBAI, A-12/10, Express Tower 2, Sector 1 Millennium Business Park Navi Mumbai[protected], +[protected], I got there reference from Google when I was planning to purchase Genuine leads for my company to run our business. After that they called and said they will provide Genuine Leads exclusively to me and the charge will be Rs.14000/- after negotiation they have done in Rs.9000/- I have given Rs. 9000/- to them after payment they started to giving enquiry but all the Enquiries was fake Except 1 or 2 Enquiries. When I complaint they speak very Rude and after that they stop to take the calls now they not responding for any call or massage of mine. They also staying in Mumbai they have done fraud with us and few other ones . Requesting you to kindly take action on this sir so that they will not done this type of frauds from anyone. Sir this really difficult time for us that's why I purchased leads so that I can earn something but. I have be cheated by Mr. Deepak.

Almost half of the road is occupied by unauthorized parking and the rest is occupied by street peddlers.

Respected Sir

With all due respect, I Sumit Kumar have been working as a Paytm KYC Executive (on 3rd party roll of Karshni Solutions Pvt. Ltd) since 17th October 2020 would like to bring the worst and devastating situation of mine before you.

As I have not been paid my salary since I joined your organisation and do not have enough money to survive in the situation of CoviD-19. I have been requesting and praying you to kindly credit my salary for many days but I received only negative responses from your side till date.

To be more specific about the working condition of KYC executives in your organisation is such a bad situation that I have joined your company on 17th October 2020 and received only Rs. 4000 against petrol expense on 5th December 2020 just to continue for the profit of your business.

You had informed me that I would be receiving Rs. 14000 Per Month in hand but you did not provide offer letter and the letter of appointment and later when I asked for salary you rudely refused to give me my hard-earned money as well as refused to give me letters and told me that your company does not provide any letter to any employee but always take the signature on blank papers along with on letter of appointment to use them against poor and gullible employees at the time when they ask for their hard-earned salary.

I had informed you on 9th December 2020 that I had a very high fever and due to which I was unable to come to office and requested you to transfer my salary so that I could visit the doctor but you refused to provide me anything and gave me notice to join back your organisation.

I want to ask you how an employee can afford to visit the clients without receiving salary for months. We employees have to pay the cost of patrol out of our pocket and wait for months to get anything from your company and sometimes we have to borrow money from our friends to continue to be with your company but your company knows nothing but to exploit poor employees.

I would like to know from your side why your company forced us to submit our 10th class original certificate, I have not seen this happening in any organisation.

I request you to kindly have some mercy on my condition as I am unable to purchase food for myself and in a state of dying. Please provide me my due salary for 54 days.

I do not want to go ahead in filing a suit against your company but if you still refuse to pay the due amount, I have to take a call under labour code.

I, therefore, call upon you through this Notice, to make the payment of the Rs. 24, 386/-( For 15 days in October 2020, 30 days in November 2020 and 8 days in December 2020) to me along with interest up to date, under intimation to me, within the period of 15 days, failing which I have to file criminal as well as civil suit and Suit for Recovery in the competent court of law and in that event, you will be fully responsible for all costs, risks, responsibilities, expenses and consequences thereof. Please note well.

A copy of this Notice is kept with me for record and further necessary action and you are also advised to keep the copy safe as you would be asked to produce in the court.

To support the written statement mentioned above I have attached fews attachments with this mail for your kind reference.

I would like to make complaint against mr. Pulkit chopra ([protected]). I am working as a manager and mr. Pulkit booked pay at hotel 8 rooms in amritsar at hotel navjyoti (where i am working
)for the same day of check in. After few hours he made me call and told that he is with foreigner customer who have dollar and got stuck near Gurdaspur(Punjab) and send me money for petrol and will pay at hotel i transferred him 2170. But he is a fraud person he never come to here and not reached at hotel actually he was in delhi just want to get money through this scam. And after that i called him many time but he made is mobile number([protected]) switched off. I would like to request to delhi police kindly make call or catch him at his home. for 2000 i can not come from amritsar and this is fake person kindly arrest him and punish him so he don't try to make another fool like me and Mr. Surinder Singh from Dharamshala who has also complained you on 21-oct-2018 regarding same fraud happened to him as i guess. Kindly do the needful and say him to send my money back asap.

I am a doctor (Pediatric Surgeon) in MAX hospital Shalimar Bagh and my wife is Associate Professor in Biochemistry Shivaji College, Delhi University. A maid was required in our house for domestic help. Through a relative got a name of Saket Maid Agency phone number [protected]. They gave us the number of Mr Varun Kataria [protected]. We talked at this number and a girl Sarika Biswakarma 25 year was sent to us on 22/11/2020. She is daughter of Rajesh Biswakarma of Simulbari, Basti no. 3, Darjeeling Tea Gardens, West Bengal. Her Aadhar ID was[protected] and mobile number [protected].She was brought by one Mr Prasanjeet kumar with letterhead of Kumar Hitai Placement Services, 2117 Roshan Garden Najafgarh New Delhi 110043, and mobile[protected] and [protected]. Agency charged us Rs 50, 000.00 (40, 000.00 as commission fee and 10000.00 as monthly charges). We paid 20, 000.00 cash and 30, 000.00 were transferred (transaction ID [protected] ICICI Bank dt 23/11/2020) to the bank account given to us. Bank account details are : Umesh Mukhyia, account number [protected], FINO Bank FINO0001001, Sativali shop No. 15 and 25Ground Floor, Istiyak Complex, Sativali, Vasai, Thane East, 400208, Maharashtra. Maid disappeared the very next day without informing anyone on 23/11/2020 afternoon. When all the given numbers were contacted we were assured that money would be refunded in 2-3 days. Despite many calls money has not been refunded as yet. If possible please look into it and do some justice.

Challan number 38727585 for vehicle HRDQ3581 has been wrongly issued for 11:28 06/11/2020 at Lala Lajpat Rai Marg.
On checking the image in the challan clearly shows a Honda City car of HR26DQ3588 and not 3581.
My car is Toyota Yaris HR26DQ3581 and has not moved for last 15 days from the parking place in Gurgaon.

Sir i Dhirender kumar resident 501 FIRST PUSTA kaithwara delhi 110053 coplaining that traffic signal of FIRST PUSTA which control shastri park to khajuri, and khajuri to shastri park traffic flickering yellow since seven days and neither any repair nor any traffic policeman present there. It is become difficult to cross towards First pusta by pedestrian, child, physically disabled, and senior citizen because traffic runs to fast without controlling, severe chance of accident.

I have been issued an over speeding challan by delhi police for carriageway from akshardham to sarai kale khan near just before yamuna bridge towards ring road for at 08:02 AM on 16 Oct 2020

There is no image available of the vehicle and no where the speed is mentioned in the challan.

Please have someone verify the challan and send me the image captured by the camera.

There is a road called benito juarez marg, in satyaniketan. One traffic light is there and it's not working properly. Sometimes it's switched off and suddenly it's shows red signal, again it's switched off.

Not able to understand when to stop, when to go.

Request you to rectify the same, and esclate the issue to the concerned authority.

You have to send that challan to the hr70c8768 owner of this car, not mine.

That 34707450 challan is due on my name, could you please correct your mistake and send the challan on the correct person name.

My car number is hr70c8766,. Along with this if you see image clicked by delhi police camera is for maruti car (Having "s" logo on front) while i have honda. And this logo clearly shown in the image.

Respected sir,

A police constable took my picture while i (Davinder mohan) senior citizen sitting on the chair at shop, i am going to have my lunch. Yesterday they were on duty because senior police person were on duty. Being a senior citizen, diabetic person i went to police station, district magestic himself had not wearied mask. Last six months why there was no police constable person on duty, hence on sudden duty implement due to high command.

Instead from this they should take challen from other persons who drive bike without mask, walk with mask in markets instead of disturbing senior citizens. Delhi police should give some help to us.

Kindly look my matter and reimburse my payment of rs 500/- which is very necessary for myself. Today morning again i saw police constable on bike without mask at shiv chowk, ranjeet nagar. Delhi police department does not apply himself on mask on what basis they had taken challen.

I kindly want to make concern on the issue that tenants of Mr. Harpreet Singh, Resident of F-39, 3rd Floor Sham Nagar Tilak Nagar New Delhi-18.

His tenants name are Seema & Gaurav.
These people throws bricks, stones, sticks, garbages, face masks down the streets anywhere in anybody's house which is very dangerous for the health of people in COVID-19 PANDEMIC.

When we spoke to Seema on this issue, she used abusive language to suppress the people and says we are criminals and we are not afraid of anyone.

Seema says "Police wale toh 10 se 20 hazaar mein bikte hain". Main kisi police case se nahi darti, ek police case toh chal hi raha hain dusra bhi ho jayega toh koi farak nahi padta.

Ek jhoote case mein ek ladke ko toh fasa hi diya hain, tum logo ko bhi fasa dungi aur police wale bhi hamara kuch nahi bigaad sakte as they belongs to Palwal".

The verification of tenants Seema & Gaurav has not been done by Landlord Mr. Harpreet Singh.

When we spoke to Mr. Harpreet Singh on this issue his attitude is casual.

Gaurav stares at other women and passes dirty comments on other women.

Sir, we are also in doubt that Seema &
Gaurav are COVID-19 suspect because there is no proper hygiene in their house and no covid test has been done.
