I have been issued an challan by delhi police for over speed at carriageway from akshardham to sarai kale khan near just before yamuna bridge towards ring road on 02/08/2019 at 15:00.
My vehicle no. Hr26dg3784 (Notice no.[protected]

1. No image available of the vehicle and no where the speed is mentioned in the challan.

2. Received challan intimation after 2 months of challan by sms.

Please have someone to verify the challan and send me the image captured by the camera.

    I have been issued challan notice by delhi police almost 1.5 months after the mentioned date of offence. Also violation proof is missing. Challan is issued for "over speed at carriageway from akshardham to sarai kale khan near just before yamuna bridge towards ring road". I very well remember for being in speed limits and unable to justify without violation proof. Please withdraw the challan.

      I have been issued an over speeding challan by delhi police for carriageway from akshardham to sarai kale khan near just before yamuna bridge towards ring road for overspeeding 4 aug 2019 at 16:01 challan no.23399710/nbt

      There is no image available of the vehicle and no where the speed is mentioned in the challan.

      To avoid unwanted penalty of 60 days clause i have paid challan amount but need complete info and proof with notice sent and received information as i have recieved msg about challan on 60th day and it is serious issue.

      Please have someone verify the challan and send me the image captured by the camera, hope this is not the camera calibration issue.in case of wrong challan please refund money

        one issue regarding my document.
        I had been given my document to one the guy in delhi for attestation of qatar embassy and hrd one month ago and he ask me 30 thousand rs I was agreed with that I had posted my document to this address one month before Mishti certificate attestation services shop no 24 palika bawan near Hyatt hotel rk puram sector 13 .pin 110066 . My document already attestation a week ago but this guy asking more money from me and one of my sister in delhi she every time trying to call him he is not picking the phone and always meet me tomorrow there .and next day he is saying same thing please help me out I am working in dubai as a chef.and on 7 October i have medical for qatar visa and I have to show my original document in the qatar visa center

          this is to address a concern related an overspeed challan at 68kmph as per the image / violation proof shown on the official website. The speed limit shown on the highway is 70kmph. the attached file have image and challan details.

            As per image provided on site my speed is not crossed the limit of 70kmpl but i recd 03 challans from akshardham to sarai kale khan road. My challan nos. Are 21358217 dated 19.08.2019, 21371362 and 21371796 dated 20.08.2019. Two challans 23365652 dtd. 03.08.2019 and 23339165 dtd. 02.08.2019 have no violation proof attached. You are requested to please look into the matter and do the needful asap

              Fine: over speed

              I appreciate how are delhi police works but you cannot fine the other person challan to someone else car number.in the image the car no. Is "dl11ca5311".
              You have to send that challan to the dl11ca5311 owner of this car, not mine.

              That 21549460 challan is due on my name, could you please correct your mistake and send the challan on the correct person name.

              My car number is dl11ca5351, i'm sending you image which is clicked by the delhi traffic camera. And the car number clearly is shown in the image.

                I have been issued an automated traffic challan at carriageway connecting akshardham and saraikale khan. The validation proof is also missing. Last time i have paid the challan even though i knew i was not overspeeding. Please get the challan removed as there was no violation of traffic rules from my side.
                A week ago, a friend of mine also reported a false challan generated against him at the same carriageway without a validation proof.

                  Today at around 06. 30 am, i saw two messages. One message today at 03:58 am that 100.00 usd spent on card 1878 on 28 sep 19 at nufic dis ins. Fx charges as per tnc. Again at 04.44 am, there was another message stating that 67.93 usd spent on card 1878 on [protected]@ep-19 at olive garden 0021266. Fx charges as per tnc, i stay in delhi. I have not done any of these two foreign transactions. I blocked the card by calling citi card customer care number.

                  Request to resolve the matter at the earliest.

                    complain regarding traffic red light acting for longer duration

                    I am working in japanese company where we have to report office at 8:30 sharp.

                    I have made wrong payment to number [protected] in the name of ashwani sangwan. The number is not reachable now. Please help me get a reversal of this payment.
                    I was directed through a fraud help line no of apple support to the number mentioned above in order to get my new password for apple itunes. I have made this payment in good confidence which is found to be fraud as the number is not reachable.

                    Please let me know what are the next steps to get this sorted.

                        red light jumping challan in a place where I have not been

                        Hi,

                        I have been wrongly echallan by traffic police for my bike. The offense says red light jumping at saraikale khan from ito straight on[protected]:56:20. But to my suprise i am not even at that location on the mention date instead i was at khanpur for some work. There is also no validation proof image available/attached.

                        They have issued incorrect challan for yellow line traffic violation. They have also taken my license and generated court challan although the violation of yellow line does not come under court challan.

                          Sir akhtari is resident of gali no 3 (House no.437 block f-2) operate their satta business openly all day and night.

                          Sir resident of gali no 3 fully afraid from bokie and his associates specialy girls and ladies bcoz crowed of gundas standing all the time at front of gali no 3.

                            I have been issued 6 challan by delhi traffic police for over speed compounding rs. 400/- per challan (Total 2400) (Vehicle no. Dl8ca0183) on 14, 27, 28 june and 2, 6, 9 2019 at carriageway from maoodpur to jnu near imc towards bersarai after 2 months approx from date of said voliations

                            Permissible limit on that road is 50 km, i drive between 40 - 45 km but picture captured by the camera has not mentioned speed on it (14, 27, 28 june), where else in the case of 2, 6, 9 aug eve pictures are not attached

                            The concerned authority may kindly look into the matter and justify my e-challan/notice and withdraw it.

                              I have been issued an e-challan by delhi traffic police for overspeeding for amount of rs. 400/- (Notice no. 22385735 & vehicle no. Up14ht1739) on[protected] at 07:20hrs at carriageway from akshardham to sarai kale khan near just before yamuna bridge towards ring road.
                              But, as per the picture in the challan it is clearly shown that my speed was 66kmph but the speed limit on the road mentioned is 70kmph.

                              I would like to request to the concerned authorities to look in to the matter as soon as possible and kindly withdraw and justfy my challan.

                              Updated by guptanikunj40                               I have been issued a new challan(Notice No. 25637018 & Vehicle No. UP14HT1739) on[protected] at 07:20hrs by Delhi Traffic Police for overspeeding for amount of Rs 400/- at Carriageway from Akshardham to Sarai Kale khan Near Just Before Yamuna Bridge Towards Ring Road..But, the picture clearly shows that my speed was 66 kmph and boards on the same road shows that speed limit is 70kmph.

                              Earlier the same challan was issued to me with a different notice number[protected] in 2019 and i also lodged the complaint on the same forum and it was resolved. I have also attached the screenshot of my previous complaint for your reference.
                              This time in the new challan notice very cleverly Delhi Traffic Police have not mentioned the speed limit in the camera photo.

                              My objection is how can the delhi traffic police issue the already resolved challan with a different notice number.

                              I would like to request the concerned authorities to look into the matter as soon as possible and kindly withdraw and justfy my challan.

                                I have been issued 6 challan by delhi traffic police for over speed compounding rs. 400/- per challan (Total 2400) (Vehicle no. Up14ea5510) on 2nd, 3rd, 10th, 17th, 31st august and one challan on 3 sep, 2019 at carriageway from akshardham to sarai kale khan near just before yamuna bridge towards ring road and carriageway from sarai kale khan to akshardham near just after yamuna bridge towards akhshardham

                                But as per picture captured by the camera, i was driving at the speed of 60 to 70 kmph. Whereas, the display boards on the same road shows speed limit of car as 70 kmph.

                                The concerned authority may kindly look into the matter and justify my e-challan/notice and withdraw it.

                                  Hi, i write this complaint to tell you that i was issued a false challan by mr. Rajinder asi bearing challan no. Dl[protected].
                                  Mr. Rajinder had issued a challan to me that i have given my car to an unauthorized person to the driver. As per records, he has a valid license from transport authority delhi.
                                  Mr. Rajinder asked my driver to pay him a bribe of rs 2500 stating that he is driving without a license. My driver showed him a valid license but mr. Rajinder keeps on insisting to pay rs 2500 to him as a bribe. My driver refused to pay a bribe and then mr. Rajinder issued a challan to my driver saying that now you will face a challan of rs 10000 in court, you should have paid me rs 2500 instead of getting into this matter.
                                  I request you to take strict action against such corrupt cops which are making difficult for poor people to survive and earn in this society.
