Even Traffic police are always sitting nearby but still they are not taking any action.

We have continue trying to file a complaint in your delhi police portal (Complaint logging) Section but its not working since 3 days. We are very worried. A man named Vijay Kumar who lives on the upper ground floor of our flat is threatening us. takes money from us. The tenants living in our flat will harass them everyday and the woman lives in our flat, she comes to ask for money in private. He takes money every month and if we do not give him money, he tells everyone that speak them in a dirty way means us. We don't mean anything by this. Nor do we know it, yet this man has come down on his punk.
We also have a fight against it. We need street action against this guy and so that he can learn some lesson. Here i am mentioning my contact details.

I am a student of AUD, pursuing my full time Masters degree. Today, while getting into the Shahdara metro station at 8:30am, just after entry swipe of smart card i got apprehended by a cop who took me to a corner along with others for not wearing mask. Honestly, I had no idea or any clue that wearing mask is mandatory and cases are being going up. So, the story begins, the S.I rank officer asked me for 500 bucks, which failing to do i may get jailed as told to me. I had nothing with me except some books, college id, and some 150₹ rupees. So, i denied to the officer of over-pocketed fine saying that i am a law abiding citizen and honestly i did not have any clue as to the severity of covid and subsequent guidelines but the officer being adamant saying now you will go jail. I called my family for help because i was really running late for my 9AM class then they asked me to let them talk to officer so, i offered him my phone but he rudely denied and hurled verbal abused at me harshly and publicly, thereafter i hung up on the call then he started taking me to some police station but then my phone rang and it was a call from one of my family members, they suggested that I ask the name of the officer which i did in a polite manner, At approx 8:40 then he grabbed my face and his fist was so tight that his nail even hurted me, he threatened that he would smash my face along with pejorative abuses, which i don't want to reiterate. I got mentally disturbed at that time. Thereafter, the police personnel who hurt me left, i dont know where, and then after a few minutes another cop asked me to run away without any fine.

I would like to request the authorities to inspect the CCTV record of Shahdara metro station entry gates at 8:30-9AM, 9th of September, 2022 and take appropriate action against the personnel. Commuting in a world class metro service should be one of dignity rather than humiliation, mental agony and physical assault.

Axis bank not solve my issue and my all complaint at least 1 year, 15 time i am complaint register in Axis Bank but did not solve my quarry. The matter is relates to consolidated charge debit from my salary account approx. 01 Lac.
i am explain regarding this matter is that i have a two credit card from Axis bank, due to corona time i am positive at the time. I am not able to pay my dues then after 3 months axis bank lien my salary account of whole due amount of my card of Rs. 1.5 Lac and 1 lac. i call the customer care 50 time may please dont lien my salary account for this maximum account. my personal loan emi bounce. they said that we not convert your card dues to emi. i am already visit Axis House and Axis Asaf Ali Branch they don't solve my problem. thereafter, my all personal loan emi bounce every months due to the credit card total amount in lien in my salary account. its not my fault. every months my salary credit in my account then bank fist debit my whole amount for card not for my personal loan. but at the time of personal loan emi date 05th of every months is bounce. i am paid my personal emi due after some days. but they debit consolidated charge every months aprx. Rs.8000. now only Rs.3300 credit my account for my refund on 03.08.22 but before 10 days ago already debit consolidated charge debit Rs.8600 so who the responsible for this why i am paid my consolidated charge. its all fault doing by bank for my account lien. they received card amount and personal loan emi so why they debit consolidated charge from my account. i will request to you may clarify this matter, solve my problem, because check bounce charge of Rs.500-700 so why debit high amount from my salary account and may please return my charge amount and take necessary action against bank. if not solve i am register a case in Hon'ble Court very earliest and change my salary account from axis bank. i have all documents of my consolidated charge debit from my account to total Rs. 01 Lac. Hotel Navada, near uttam nagar, delhi owner, a very rude person. My dad booked a room in that hotel, and my brother came to meet my dad and they both went out to eat food... While coming back after eating food the owner said that you cannot come in 11:30 pm is not the timing to come at hotel, they put the shutter on and after requesting by my dad the owner said to come inside from another gate, while my dad n brother were entering the owner said (about my brother) that he is not allowed, he is not your son and was very rude to my dad. My dad said that he is my son and where is it written that I can't call anyone at my room. While speaking on this he slapped my brother. Which was unbearable. He had thrown my dad's luggage out of his hotel that too at night. I request you to please file a complaint against this person.. this is insane

I, Mrs.Alka Singh, a resident of 249-C, MIG Flats Rajouri Garden. I have been living here for almost 42yrs. with my daughter.i am the senior citizen aged 72yrs.

1- I am writing this letter to inform you that my neighbour, Mr KK Arora, who stays on ground floor 249-A and his son Mr.Pawan Arora who stays above my flats 249-E has been creating a nuisance every day to us. All the residents of this area are being disturbed by this constant disturbance.

They both sometimes provoke me to leave the place.For last few years I am requesting them to repair their plumbing area, roof of kitchen and bathroom of my house is coming out of the seal.

2- I am a diabetic and high bp patients with other so many medical issues i have.

3-Yesterday while my daughter doing her kitchen chores, suddenly the kitchen roof came down, huge block of concrete came down luckily didn’t harm my daughter.But it can harm to anyone.

This is 3rd time, , before same thing happened few years back.at that time I complained but no use.

I got it repaired myself and suffered huge losses.

I had informed to my society RWA President and other members of RWA.

4-And also tried to talk to 249-A-E but he and his son is avoiding and sometimes don’t open their door when tries to talk.

5- For the proofs I am attaching the pictures.

I request you to kindly look into this matter as soon as possible and help us out. It has been more than 2 days, We have tried to talk to him, but it has been of no use. Kindly do the needful at the earliest as this is turning out to be a matter of serious concern.

The Volvo bus No HR63D4231 from Manali to Delhi was carrying 75 boxes of apples and some other articles in the passenger bus which was unloaded near Jehangirpuri. It caused lot of inconvenience to the passengers as the driver kept stopping the bus for loading and unloading. This appears to be an illegal activity and should be probed and guilty punished....

My vehicle Jh08d2560 was issued notice 49967723 dated 15 Jul 22. I was on a classified defence related official duty.

My challan should be waived off.
I have already paid the challan and it’s still showing on portal. The money should be refunded.

I was not warned as stated on the notice and is false information.

I am in Indian armed forces and that day was in hurry because of a classified security exercise of which details cannot be shared.

Therefore the challan against vehicle should be waived off

I, Gulshan Bhatla, Senior Citizen aged 68 years want to bring your kind attention towards my attached complaint dated – 21st Feb’22 submitted to the O/o DCP Rohini regarding the harassment of my son – Mr. Prateek Bhatla who is running a shop in Sector 16, Rohini, Delhi by the staff (Head Constable - Mr. Naresh and Beat Constable - Mr. Bunty etc. under the umbrella of SHO - Sh. Ashok Kumar) of K.N Katju Marg Police Station. Contents of the above mentioned letter are not repeated herein for the sake of brevity, but thanks to the eye-wash supporting behaviour of DCP Office where we have been allowed to open our shop and continue with the source of our livelihood. After reporting the matter to Ms. Bisma Qazi in DCP Office, we have been sent to the ACP Office wherein the SHO was called alongwith Beat Officer – Mr. Bunty and ACP – Mrs. Aarti told us to run the shop in a lawful manner with the closure timings as 10 pm as she will keep a watch on our Shop and in case of any non-compliance, she will be first one to initiate stern action against our Shop with the verbal direction to SHO and other above mentioned officials not to target a single shop in guise of maintaining law and order. Further, SHO – Mr. Ashok assured us that he has issuing warning to his entire Police Staff not to take free food from our shop. As we are law abiding people we completely obeyed the instructions but we observed that all other shops in the nearby areas remained open till late night with many of them running throughout night. We went to ACP – Mrs. Aarti with the photo and evidences of the same and we have been assured of the action on the shops breaching the specified time-limit but this was quiet surprising that things didn’t change and all the restrictions were imposed on 1 single shop of my son. Going by the law of equality, when we again went to meet ACP – Mrs. Aarti, she refused to meet with the message – Mein milke kya karungi. Feeling helpless we preferred to our Shop for earning our livelihood, we told our son to focus on his shop.

Here, it is to be noted that Shop run by my son is on a rented space and located on a commercial road and as a responsible citizen, we have also applied the MCD and Delhi Police license for the same after the above incident but have put the same on-hold due to the highly objectionable behaviour of the area Police Staff.

Although the concerned Beat Officer – Mr. Bunty has been transferred few weeks back, we have been running our shop without any issues but now again, we have been pressurized and harrassed by Head Constable - Mr. Naresh in geese of new Beat Officer – Mr. Praveen Kaushik in a planned way. Beat Officer - Mr. Praveen came to us and asked for the monthly amount stating that aapke Rs. 2, 000.00 se hamara kuch nahi hoga but ek system bana hua hai to chalte rehna chahiye. Mein to waise bhi Vegeterian hoon, kabhi-kabhi weekly order karunga which we accepted in order to avoid any tension but situation got worsed when Mr. Praveen also started crossing the limits of free food by ordering non-veg. on the pretext of seniors or some relatives visit. When we requested the same to Mr. Praveen – Ki mein itna nahi kar paonga, he got irritated with the reply – Tu to hamari baisti kar raha hai.

After which, we have been told by the Mr. Naresh and best Officer Mr. Praveen to close the shop at sharp 10 pm against the Market Practice where most of the food eateries remain open till late night or through-out the night. Moreover, we have been insisted to take back the complaint submitted dated 21st Feb'22 giving the statement - "That I have submitted by previous complaint in a rage of anger and I have no grudge against the concerned officers".

In pretext of withdrawing of complaint, we have been advised by Beat officer Mr. Praveen to close the lights and shutter of the shop at 10 pm and continue our services throughout the night as other food vendors in the area which we accepted but on 14th Jul'22 morning, Head Constable – Mr. Naresh came and clicked the photograph of our shop with the threat to my son to get our Shop Sealed stating - Meri complaint karega tu, ab dekh teri dukaan kaise seal karwata hoon which clearly shows how a trap has been laid to drag my son in a wrong case as on 1 side, Beat Constable allowed us open us the shop by turning down the shutter and lights and on other side, Head Constable clicked the photographs and threatened my son to frame a case against him and his shop. Apart from this, Beat Officer – Mr. Parveen and Head Constable – Mr. Naresh visited our shop on many occasions in their car with completely black tinted glasses and forced my son to have a drink with them which my son avoided due to the threat of framing him in a false case as he got sense of foul play.

Moreover, we have been given a condition that we can run shop till late night only after increasing the monthly amount from Rs. 2, 000.00 to Rs. 5, 000.00 per month which was beyond my limit but it seems that same has been forced upon me as a harassment to raise my voice against the wrong doings of the area Police Officials.

Here, it is pertinent to mention that my son – Mr. Prateek (29 years old) and I (69 years) am suffering from various diseases and have huge medical expenses to bear and can submit my medical reports as and when required. Keeping in view my medical condition, we are not in a position to tolerate this harassment and that too for running a small take-away dhaba. Looking at all this harassment and working and threat of the area staff, we have shut down our shop under pressure till we get security to run our business.

Moreover, request you to initiate stern action in the matter and get all our earlier losses and loss which we are going to incur from 14th Jul’22 onwards due to the closure of the Shop from the pockets of above-mentioned officials with the request to share the reason for the following:

- Why a specific shop is getting targeted ?

- Why no action is getting initiated on other illegal shops/businesses running in the area for which sufficient evidence like Photos/Videos have been shared with Senior Officials..?

- Is it compulsory for the people to pay the monthly amount to the area Police staff for running a business? Can il-legal businesses be turned into legalized by paying monthly to Delhi police officials and free food..?

- Even after raising a complaint to the higher officials, from where – The corrupt Policemen are getting courage to continue with their ill-practices..?

Also, at last, I, request you to ensure the security of myself and my son and Shop Workers on following grounds:

Looking at the behaviour of Police Staff, my son and family might be framed in any wrong case or in any un-lawful activity.

- Involved Police Officials might circulate the name of my son in the market as a complainant which might harm him and put his life in danger.

- Also note that I have sufficient evidences to prove my claim that Mr. Praveen Beat officer is demanding free food from my shop as audio clips which will be given as and when required to DCP/ACP or higher officers only just to save evidences and my family, myself and Shop workers.

Apart from this, I hereby state that me and my family has no personal enmity with anyone and in case of any harm to anyone, all the involved Police Officials to be held responsible. Morever, request you to initiate stern action against all the involved Police Officials - Junior or Senior which should act as an example for other Policemen who are mis-using their Uniform and Power for their personal benefits by threatening the honest people who are earning their livelihood by doing hard-work.

My name is Amandeep Singh.I was visiting delhi 24th july 2022 to 28th july 2022 from Usa.
My complaint is regarding the mob lynching happened late night in khidki extention on 28th july 2022.

Me and 2 of my friends were with me and we were about to pickup my other friend Aqib from khidki ext area . We were confused in the directions to Aqib’s house so we parked our car near the temple and started to walk towards his house which we thought was behind the shiv temple .
After walking loke 2 minutes we reached on a T point where there like 20 guys were there and 2 of them stepped ahead towards us and aya asking questions
Those questions were where are you from and what are our names and this question really surprised me if any o[censored]s were muslims?
And after confirming that we were from muslim religion they all jumped on us and started beating us with chains and metal rods.They also had a knife( luckily no one used it)
One of my friend got injured in leg and his wrist bone was fractured and the 2nd friend was beaten badly but luckily no severe injuries.
And I got hit in the head with a rod and I was bleeding in the head.
And also my gold chain was snatched as well .
My flight to Usa was the same night so all 3 o[censored]s tried to calm the situation and tried to flew. And got succesful luckily. We didn’t had time to get i to police reports so we all went to a 24*7 store to get medical supplies and cleaned up ourselves and went straight to the airport.
I reached to Usa and visiting doctors to get my injuries checked up. My medical reports are not released yet .But I definitely have started to see blurry.
This Visit to India was after 6 years and I live India but this experience was so traumatic that If I visit India I will always be scared of people and will never have the same love for people of India which I had before.
I have full confidence in police and I hope a legal action will be taken. I am willing to fly back anytime If police wants me to identify the suspects and for all legal hearings if there will be any.
If not I will be writing it to Superintendent of Police by post as mentioned in section 154.
