Sir i purchased a car dl2cq5544 from mr. Gagandeep singh trough olx.
He lives at lajpat nagar near nagpal chole nature shop. He came to me at dwarka sec 8 to show me that vehicle around date on 23 june 2017.
He told me that it car is used by his sister who is going benglore for mbbs so he is selling this car. Date on 26 june i purchased that car and he keep the vehicle rc and told to me that i will transfer this on your name and give u.
But till now he did not provide me the rc when i called him to give me he is demanding money 6000. He told me [protected] is the mob no of his sister but after selling the car when i called this no after 1 week he is using this no and whenever i called this no always he picked up. This mean he is a fraud and he has no sister and made a story to sell the car. And now he is blackmailing me.

I have lost my mobile phone on the second floor washroom near room number 268C at the ministry of finance, north block, new Delhi-110052. i kept it beneath my register in the immediate surroundings of the washroom and within 5-10 minutes it was stolen. It was a golden color galaxy J7 with broken glass cover from the sides corners. it had a black flip cover with my metro card in it. along with the metro card it has few ATM withdrawal slips in it.

The above said police officer caught me for over speeding at dwarka link road. (Speed limit is 70 kph and my speed as per them was 72 kph) though i was very careful but i could have crossed speed limit and hence agreed to pay penalty of rs 400 without any argument.
While making challan, balbir singh told me that my driving licence will be impounded and i need to collect it from some place in dwarka after 3 months. I asked him to show me the rule, he told me that i should check in internet. He gave an option of paying additional rs 500 if i do not want driving licence to be impounded. This guy was clear that my licence will be impounded despite of paying challan amount of rs 400. Since i was in hurry, i had no option but to agree to his demand and he give me challan of rs 900. Rs 400 for overspeeding and he mentioned that rs 500 is on account of non-availability of valid driving license.

Later i checked on internet and found that no such rule of impounding of driving licence inspite of paying challan amount on account of over speeding exist.

This is very disturbing and i feel harassed. If dalbir singh is incorrect then he should be punished and i should get refund of rs 500 paid.

Hi.. Have to complaint for fraud and loot happening in delhi under booking of train tickets have to travel to pune from delhi on 31 may.. A agent approced me out side new delhi ticket booking counter. He mentioned that he has connections in side the booking office and can give me confirmed tickets for today's train.. They all operates opposite connaught place delhi from a small travels office which is opposite yes bank atm these bare 2 -3 small shops.. He confirmed that the tickets will be confirmed and took rs 5000 in advance and got 2 tickets of goa hazrat nizamuddin one from nizamudin to gawalior which was confirmed and other one from gawalior to pune which was waiting list he made assurance that this is confirmed tickets as chart was not prepared at the time of train started from nizamudin station i had no option but to accept the tickets and travel on the same as agent has already taken rs 5000, and total 13k for 3 tickets.. On reaching gawalior it was found that the train tickets were never confirmed and we had such at bad time as no other train or seats were available and my child and wife had a very tough time reaching pune without any tickets or seat.. When we called the agent he never picked up the calls and no update or help was provided.. The phone no of agent is [protected] registered in the name of dev sharma as per true caller..

Pls help me with taking action of such agents on wrong commitments and looting common citizen of our country.. This is happening with other travellers as well or poor travellers..
Pls call in case more details are required so that they cannot cheat any other travellers..

Dear sir,
I want to bring something in your knowledge that today when i was coming from office from ring road bhairo road t point.
Ct gaurav kumar 6145 came in front of my car and suddenly asking for the licence. I gave him the licence then he asked for insurance, r. C and all other things. I provided him the r. C, but for insurance he refused to see it. Then he asked for rs.1000 from me for over speeding and talking on phone. I conveyed to him that you came to me just on red light how can it be possible then.
But he was totally interested in rs1000 bribe, otherwise he said you have to go to court and waste your one day there.
After requesting him many times, i only got scolding from his side. And at the end, for no reason he handed over me the challan for the things which he refused to see. For this he spend 30 minutes with me.
And at end seized my dl too. See the amount of torture and inconvenience he made to me if i was unable to give him the money on the spot.

Sir, if the people who are there for helping us if they scold us for no reason and misbehaved us without our fault then god will not come on earth to save us.

I request you to please do the needful so that others may not suffer like this.

Dear Sir,

I would like to highlight the inconvenience caused to all the residents of Gali No. 33, Sadh Nagar Part-II, Palam, New Delhi where every evening a bunch of people used to play cards which is illegal to play in residential place. Despite of several request made by locals the same had not been stopped as yet. All ladies and children have a bad effects due to this.

I would sincerely request Delhi Police officials to look into this and resolve this ed issue.

In the name of sanju one person calling to me from above number regarding job opportunity in dragon oil company dubai. After that as per their request i paid 123300 rupees for certificate verification, visa security.
After few days i came to know they are fraudulent group and am asking my money return back. After that i tried with same mobile number some different person attend the phone and said this is not sanju number.in this situation please help to me to overcome from this issue

While going from mayapuri to naraina on the ring road, at the t point - on the red light while taking a turn towards naraina (Below the flyover), metro construction work was earlier going on and the road was covered by the metro sheets. The metro work is not over and the metro service has been started. However, before the left turn on ring road towards naraina, the metro sheets have not been removed. At present, there is no metro work in progress but some squatters are sitting there. The sheets are just to protect them. I don't understand as to for what purpose traffic police personnel are posted there as there is always a traffic jam there because the road has narrowed down there before the left turn. Act needs to be taken against delinquent staff and the road needs to be cleared immediately.

I recieved a call this 19th may 18 from number +91-[protected] name tamim iqbal claiming to be from delhi crime branch and using abusive languages threatening me to arrest me and my wife, without giving any info on the complain.
Asked me to check sanjay verma ([protected]) who claims to be a lawyer and dont have any info on the details.
Im in bangalore, and told them to pass me the fir/ summon and i will talk with local police but they are in tone on abuse.

On friday night of 18th may'18, i was going to fill petrol in my bike when a young pilice constable named sachin randomly stopped me for routine checkup at chanakyapuri's checkpost(just near chanakyapuri's petrol pump where i was going) and asked me for my documents which i obidiently gave him.in the mean time while he was going through my documents and started writing them down in a page, i randomly asked him why my personal details are being noted on a torn page instead of some proper police record copy and he replied that my seniors will check if i was doing work or not and he would randomly call a few to cross check if details are genuine or not and whether you were stopped or not toh aap bus bol dena ki haa roka tha muje yaha, and then i asked him politly what if someone refuses to give his personal details then would your senior scold you or not believe that you were doing your duty if that is the only reason for taking our details.i had already given him half of my details by then but on hearing his answer ki senior ko dikhana hota hai kitni gaadi roki hai humne aaj i was just curious to know what if someone doesnt want his personal details to be written down on a normal torn page for some random unofficial purpose because it wasnt a proper police record book and was just a normal notebook copy ka fatta va page, and then he rudely replied "tera kaam h coperate krna naki mujse sawal karna and jyada sawal kre toh thane mein gaadi band krwa denge hum" to which i decently replied, as a citizen, am just asking out of curiosity on seeing a normal torn page being used for taking down our details to which he again he rduely replied 100 no pe puch le mera dimaag mat kha and a few other things. Then i dialled 100 also, and told them that "they are taking my details but not telling me the reason for it and talking rudely inreturn and saying 100no pe puch le kyu lete hai details toh bta doh aap meri detail kyu li ja re hai." Because in my head i thought they could be someday looking for some criminal also and be writing down my details in that page as a suspect too i wondered, who knows, can happen very easily, because it wasnt a proper police record register or copy but ek fatta va page tha bus...toh then he asked me to give the phone to the policeman there and as i was giving my phone to that constable sachin, another aged constable took it from my hands and told the pcr guy a cookedup story ki coperate nee kr ra & details nee de ra jabki details main de chuka tha aadhi already (name, fathers name, adress already de chuka tha and jab phone no manga unhone tab main ruk gya details dete dete aur normal sawal pucha kyu mang rey ho waise yeh sab details meri kyuki merko bhi pta hona chahea kyuki meri personal details likhi ja re hai) so he lied to the guy on [protected]@100 ki coperate nee kr ra and then handed me the call and that pcr guy said aapko nee deni toh mat do jruri nee hai agar aap nee dena chahte toh waise de dete toh sae rehta and i still replied ki dene mein dikkat nee hai muje par pta b toh ho ki likhi kis kaam k lea ja re hai meri details jab sare document dikha dea maine apne, purpose puch ra tha main toh bus inse and then the guy on call @100 said koe nee maine bol dea unhe aap ja lo aapko nee deni agar...but the thing was- i was happy to coperate and gave most of my details too but on seeing a normal fatta va page i was just curious to ask why are they being written down in that page, what purpose is it used for

Then after i disconnected the call on 100 that young constable sachin started throwing personal comments ki ptani kya dikkat hai delhi walo ko, haryana mein hota tu toh btata and started threatning me indirectly to which i casually replied ki puch he toh ra hu kaunsa detail dene se mna kr ra hu main toh then he said dobara mila 100no main bulwata hu unse so i dialled 100 again and again the guy on call @100 said coperate kr lo toh theek rhega and gave a reason ki gaadi chori ki hai ya nae sirf yeh dekhne k lea rok k detail dekhte hai bus to which i replied ki agar maine document dikha k prove kr dea ki bike meri he hai fir details aise likhne ka kya logic hua(because constable sachin told me ki senior ko dikhana hita hai ki kaam kra hai humne ya nae aur kuch nee which no educated person in 2018 will accept as a valid reason for his or her details being taken down)...ki detail likhao..ok likhata hu par kyu chahea waise...senior ko dikhani hai..is that how delhi police checks whether their force is working efficiently or nt? Ki senior ko page pe likh k de do 20-30 bndo ki detail ki dekh lo kaam kra hai maine aaj call krke cross check kr skte ho aap.
All this talk was still going fine because i was still smiling in amusement ki how modern my delhi police is and how they work.

Then i gave him my phone no also because i was getting late for home kyuki main toh sirf petrol bharane nikla tha ghar se sone se pehle n 10-15 min waha waste ho gye the unke bhi and mere bhi i realised...but jaise he main ja ra tha...mr.sachin started passing comments again, must be having a habbit of doing so i thought...but jab tak main bike seedhi kr ra tha nikalne k lea...his comments got more and more personal despite the fact that i was being very polite and smiling too(in amusement) even on his rude comments and answers..but details puri hote he bolna chalu ho gya wo, i thought irritate ho gya hoga maybe, bacause i know duty of a policeman is tough islea i didnt replied back...but maybe he was too frustated with his job(or proving his job for the day to his seniors by writing down our details in a page to show to his senior, which senior in 2018 would do that with his subordinates i wondered and felt pity for the constable).

But then he stood infront of my bike, just to bully/harass me and lent out his frustation on me and asked me kya course kra hai, kaha se kra hai, kitni fees di btech ki, job kaha krta hai...and then started making fun of me...ki paise dooba dea tere baap ne terpe lgake, tumhari generation he bekar aisi hai puri, pagalkhane mein toh peda nee hua tha, pagalthane mein jagah hai teri, btech wale sabhi aise chutea hote hai(he used that word and sentence when i told him btech kri hai maine science leke), admission kaise mil gya tuje, tere jaise mere haryana mein auto chalate hai ya majdoori krte hain, bike dahej mein mili kya tuje, science kaise le li tune, gharwale b aise he hai ya tu akela hai jo itne sawal krta hai and many more such comments

And hearing such kind words about my family and upbringing i started crying in humiliation on being harassed by him just for asking him why do you take our details.he saw me crying inside the helmet and still continued to comment...this whole thing continued for 4-5 minutes i guess..imagine, i had given my details and was leaving and he stood in my way and started misbehaving with me to such an extent..i was bound to cry on being humiliated for so long, nope?but he enjoyed it too

And then while crying i asked him tumne kya course kra hai and then he said BA and i replied back finally, ki jis course mein maine admission lea tha na uss course mein BA wale apply b nee kr skte.and he felt insulted now it looked from his angry facial expressions...matlab he was talking irrelevant, nonsense things about me and my family despite me smiling before and crying now without any rude behaviour anywhere untill now...and yes he even threatened me something like D.O. tak se baat hai meri kr le jo krna hain jaa, agli bar dikha toh bike band krwa dunga krta rheo fir 100no pe call jab thane mein band krwa dunga...and he didnt felt ashamed on seeing me cry even

And then i took out my phone to record his actions and sweet words about me and my family and then he lost his cool altogether and started punching and slapping me and threw my phone away after snatching it from me and muje marte marte meri bike tak gira di and apna khud phone tak gira dea tha usne flow flow mein sirf muje ache se marne k lea and then after throwing 5-6 slaps and punches at me the other aged constable finally intervened and told me ja tu yaha se ab detail de di na tune

Is that how delhi police treats its own people? Is that how you train them? Who selected him i wondered now..arent your men supposed to be behaving like educated people too or is it just us who have to coperate and behave properly while dealing with you?
