Someone plays non stop very loud music on loud speakers every single full night near my home (Be-144, gali number 3, hari nagar, new delhi 110064), i wonder how these influential people get legal permissions to do that and disturb everyone. Its just impossible for someone to study or sleep with such loud music noise.
