Receved a call on my mobile no asking me credit rs 5000 in my credit card in lies of bonus point expired against the shopping from my credit card. The person who called me from telephone no [protected] was having my all credit card details. After few seconds i received a message from bank that two transactions of rs 5000 each have been done from my credit card. I immediately reported the matter to state bank of india asking them to block my card immediately. Request you to look in the matter and culprits may be brought to the terms on priority.

Received phone call from[protected]. Asking details of my credit card. Since he was not sure of the bank of which i owe a credit card. He took a wild guess and failed. He may try to contact other people and disconnected the call when i get was not able to figure out the correct bank name of my credit card. As good semaritan request you to please enquire.

This complaint is against mr. Hars jan and mrs. Alka.'wealthresearch and stock market advisery they pretended to be share market advice registration agents and took rs. 2000 as advance for isssuing calls. They also took all the documents. Now they are not receiving our calls neither replying to our messages. I tried calling them online and found multiple complaints of the same sort registered online. Please look into the matter. Dear Sir, I happened to place order on www.woodysfurniture.in for 4 Nos book self on 7.5.2017 for rs. 37, 000 by online payment through my standard chartered (VISA credit card) no. [protected]. They lured me by stating in their website that they offer 60% discount and on top of that they also offer various slabs of additional discount to new customers on purchase of their furniture, say if the invoice value exceeded Rs. 40, 000/-, additional discount of Rs. 5000/- will be given. Further, the vendor’s website stated that the offer is valid till 7th May, 2017 midnight only. Therefore, I hurriedly placed order for 4 Nos books self- Aiza-book, shelves-in-brown, Wenge Finish on 7th May, 2017 by paying Rs. 37, 000/- from my standard chartered (VISA credit card) no. [protected] vide order no.[protected], invoice no.[protected] dated 07/05/2017. The address of the vendor is Mumbai, while place of payment processing as per my credit card statement is Gurugaon, which again is quite suspicious. The specifications offered were that the book self would be of teak wood.

Then on 8th May, 2017, I visited their website and found that the offer of 60% discount and additional discount with slab amounts is now available for 8th & 9th May, 2017, like this the new dates (Refer Annexure -1) are announced to seduce and trap 1st time viewers/customers. Their communication of discount upto so and so date is un-fair trade practice as this is a regular feature or we can say their seductive planning / fraudulent modus operandi just to fool the new customers like me and many others. Seeing this, a suspicion arose in my mind and began to realise that the discount and additional discount offered by the vendor is not genuine, rather the limited period offer is only to hasten the purchase decision of the buyer and additional discount to new buyers means to trap new people because the old customers already have huge grievance with this vendor and have termed them as fraudster as per reviews available in the net.

Therefore, I informed within 24 hours of placing the order i.e on 8th May, 2017 that I want to cancel my order since I did not want your product as per the said order. On my request, www.woodysfurniture.in had rightfully cancelled the said order on 9th May, 2017 under due intimation to me and informed me, basis my iterated emails, on May 11, 2017 that my refund will be made within 7 working days. Again on 15th May, 2017, they informed me that my refund will be done by 16th May, 2017 for sure. After that, I had sent you several reminders seeking the reference number of the refund made by them to which they have chosen to keep quiet, for reasons best known to you.

Accordingly, I informed www.woodysfurniture.in vide my e-mail on 15th May, 2017 that any further delay after 16th May, 2017, in making the refund at your end, will be held to be illegal, and shall also make them liable to legal and other consequences as per all the applicable Indian laws. That w.e.f. 17th May, 2017, that they shall become liable to any legal or other remedies that I may seek.

The industry norm for refund to the customers in the case of cancelled order is as follows:

1. By amazon.in: within 5 days from the date of cancellation.
2. By flipkart.com : almost credits the amount in the customer’s account immediately after . cancellation.

In view of the above, they have exceeded the time for making the refund not only with regard to other online vendors like amazon or flipkart but also exceeded the time sought by them for refund till 16th May, 2017.

On 14 th May, 2017 the vendor, unilaterally, acting fraudulently informed me that my order is in processing status, I objected to that vide my mail dated 15.5.2017 and asked them about refund to which they replied over email on 15.5.2017 itself that my refund will be done by 16.5.2017 for sure. But they have failed to refund my amount as yet. Again on 20th May, 2017 they committed the same mischief as 14 May, 2017 that my order is in processing status to which I have again protested vide my email dated 21.5.2017 to which they have chosen not to reply for reasons best known to them.

Further, I had also informed standard chartered bank that it is their duty to protect my interest against such fraudulent vendors who are not refunding my amount for order cancelled by me as I do not want their product.

As advised by bank, I had blocked my card on 8th May, 2017 itself and lodged a dispute for the aforesaid transaction of rs. 37, 000 before claim by the vendor-www.woodysfurniture.in. The banker promised me several times on 8th May, ...15th May during conversation with Mr. Priya and assurance by head.[protected]@sc.com vide their email dated May 17, 2017, that temporary credit, would be given within 2 working days/ in the next statement but no temporary credit has been given as yet. i am put to un-told suffering because of this also i.e the disputed transaction of rs. 37, 000. Further, as advised by bank, I had submitted Dispute declaration form (DDF) on 9th May, 2017 and sought their advise whether another DDF has to be filled up, as new cause of action had arisen as per the various items in your Dispute Form. Since I did not receive any reply from your end, I filled up the Addendum to Dispute Form of 9th May, 2017 on 19.5.2017. I also raised complaint with principal.[protected]@sc.com to which no reply is received as yet. I called your principal nodal desk on 19th may, 2017 vide reference no. 6482386, to which also no resolution is received as yet. Now I am very much disturbed. If timely relief is not provide, I run a huge risk. Kindly look into it so that I can live in peace.
I seek your protection from aforesaid fraudulent vendor-www.woodysfurniture.in. Kindly help, please. I am at risk and you can only help me.

I called to just dial and ask for massage parlor near by kalkaji extension and asking for call by vendors. I received a call from [protected] and on other side a telecaller offer me to provide a friends club service. they offered me a become a club members and they provide me the girls number by pay 10000 rs. I just asking the process they told me to pay 500 rs as registration fees. I paid 500 after that they trying to fraud me and asking to pay 1500, 4500, 3500 rs different different types to pay the money.(Be aware by this types of clubs)

I drive a taxi in delhi ncr area i want to complaint against a traffic police on terminal 1. He stoped me and ask for the dress at that time i weared blue pant and blue shirt which is generally use bye taxi driver. But he refused to me that this is not the dress you need the tag on shoulder. I requested to him i will arrange the shirt but i am using from las two year its ok no one objection on this. After that he said to me you need to pay 2100 hundred rupee for the same i request to him bot he os not ready to leave me. At last he said to me give me 100 rupee and you can go. At the red light of haiderpur a traffic police officer name =ramratan circle - rhn stops me at green light and said you had jumped red light and when i make abjection of it he forcely make challan of dangerous driveng and taken 1100 rupees and after word he didn't give back the license also

Sir, i'm a sincere residence of kalkaji govindpuri transit camp b block. There is a park in b block where some used to drink alcohol, playing cards, fighting each other and abusing loudly. Which is not good for our area children and women. Specially children who play in that park. These people spoil the all the environment of that area. I had already filed a complaints about 3-4 months back but there is no action taken by our area police station
So please kindly do something about our problems and help us to create healthy and safe environment of that area

I am Rajendra Kumar. Resident of Radhey Krishna Society, Flat number 7CRadhey Krishna Society, DDA LIG FLAT, Dwarka Sector - 3 Pocket - B.

My water meter (meter no. 2013A2091094) having PVC seal no. 0456762 was stolen on[protected]probably between 1 to 4 am). Around 7 more meters were stolen and this is the third such incident. So, I request you to accept my complaint so that I can apply for a new water meter.

I got a phone call from [protected] name Avni. She called me and said that she is from naukari.com and my interview is scheduled for two companies and send me below sms for interview.

The person so called interviewer there was from SAMARTH INFOTECH SOLUTIONS. He asked for 600rs from me for some id card which was issued by them for further process of interview.

Being a job seeker i went there in hope of getting employeed but then when i came home and googled the address i found that the company is fake.

The company address printed on that idcard is -samarth infotech solutions govindpuri, near hdfc bank, kalkaji, new delhi-110019.

Attached the screen shot of the msg and id-card received. Also attached the screenshot of the amount transfered through paytm.

They take 800rs from me for some fake idcard which issued by them to me for further process of interview.
And the address printed on that idcard (Which is just a paper) is-samarth infotech solutions govindpuri, near hdfc bank, kalkaji, new delhi-110019. I googled that address but no such company exist (Samarth infotech solutions)
And they give me reg. No.:si-2091/2015.

I am a senior citizen lady. My new private car - honda amaze, has been vandalised on april 30th by someone by hitting with a brick with considerable force while parked at our society namely ekta apartment. A picture of the damage is attached. Such vandalism has happened earlier also. This appears to be work of some resident of the society. I am afraid about my safety as the person who damaged my car can attack me also.
