Below is story of false commitment by Metis Marketing Service Pvt LTD., associated with Exide life Insurance Advisor (Advisor code[protected], on that basis I would like to complaint that I have been cheated from both Exide and the agent (Kamal Sharma, mobile no. [protected])

• Agent advised me whatever policy I would take the Exide will give 30% commission, therefore for that the agent will create additional client id for which I will get additional document apart from policy and will issue by Exide Life Insurance.
• I took the policy of Rs 50000 on that basis even though I found few clauses were not there as when I received the policy document. I also tried to get the clarification from customer care but they did not provide any appropriate answer.
• I also said by customer care executive that I can cancel the policy via telephonic. I also wrote several emails to all started from 7th of Aug, 2016 as well but did not get even solution or reply. I have attached all that emails herewith the complaint.
• When I talked to advisor on the same, he promised that it would take few more days for activation of client id-EXIDESBN00001989.
• I somehow late to cancel the policy as I was made confused by advisor, agent promised me that I would not get commission the agent will cancel the policy anytime within 1yr of time.
• However, I phoned customer care on 15th day at 4pm to cancel the policy but they refused that time and asked them that I was said I would cancel the policy through by customercare as well. Anyhow I asked them to give me one day extra as I was cheated. I complaint on the same to confirm me on the extra time . I got the call 3days later and has been said that It is not possible to cancel the policy.
• I emailed to all the department on the issues but still no solution.
• There is one more person involved in that case –Mr Ashok Kumar (saying part of finance department of Exide Life Insurance- mobile #[protected]) .Ashok said If I will take one more policy of Rs 20000 then I would get bonus so I take one more policy eventually I cancelled within time when I did not get any bonus and come to know that agents are cheating and done false commitments. They have been playing with my emotion by making me fool.
• Even after 5months I did not get the document on client id activation nor any commission. This has been caused immense frustration and loss of Rs 50000 in wrong policy.

I filed written complaint in Exide life insurance, Kirti Nagar center in Delhi and he convince me that I would get my money back and would take appropriate action against the agents. I have also copied all my emails to Delhi Ombudsman center.

Please consider this case on urgent basis and take strict action against the said agents and cancel my policy[protected] on the basis of false commitment and cheating case as I do not want to continue with this policy.

Hello sir,

This morning i got a call from number which i wanted to report. The caller was informing me about my sbi atm being blocked and if i wish to renew it. I understood that it is a fraud call because of following reasons:

1. He didn't know my name.
2. I don't have sbi debit atm card.

The number from where i got this call is [protected]. Hope you can take this matter forward so further fraud can be stopped by gang (I suppose).

I have received a call person having mobile nummer registered in bihar[protected]. The said call asking details of atm and it's pin for renewal. He says he is from state head of rbi. Office and he is telling he will renew every bank debit card!!! After denying to give details he started abusing on call. The said person was talking in local delhi language but he has particularly bihari accent.

Please take action against these fraudulent calls.

This is to inform you that our water meter, in the name of ajay rani, has been stolen from the backside of our residence at rl-27 b, ganga ram vatika, tilak nagar., new delhi-110018. My contact no. It has been there since many years, but was stolen a few days back when some labourers were called in to make the gali at the back side of our home. A complaint has already been sent to delhi jal board by us and they require an fir for further process. Kindly do the needful.

Just I was waiting for my friend to pick him from the college bus, near a sweet stall in avadi. SI came and asked me why you are waiting here. I asked my friend to wait here till I come. So he will wait alone. The police officer. snached my bike key and he asked to the constable near him to take the bike to police station. I begged the police officer, sir please I didn't do any mistake, why you are taking me and bike to police station. He was talking rubbish and very locally in Tamil bad words such as otha, omala, lavada, myru etc but still I begged him. He was showing his power to me. He was misusing it. And he bet me with the stick he was having and gave the key and asked me to run out from there. And he said I shouldn't see you again here. I ll kill you. If I see you again. Please kindly take action on the police officer .

I am fed up with the unsolicited calls from fake SBI agents (latest no. is [protected]). These fellows bother me after every 2-3 days for selling some life insurance policy with 11% interest and have no satisfactory answer to my questions which clearly shows their spurious modus operendi. They sound very convincing in the beginning that common man can fall prey to them if they are not stopped well in time. Kindly take action against them because DND has not been useful for me because they are able to extract my mobile number from somewhere with name and address

Sir I have received a call from a person named Anil from a company named info credit services for the first time on 5th September 2016, saying that they are providing a loan to me of Rs.4, 60, 000 at minimal interest rate and installment of Rs.9000. Initially I denied but they kept on calling me regularly in a gap of 2-3 days. So, at last on 28 September I agreed. He told me to give the copies of documents which were Aadhar card and salary statement and a cheque of Rs.6445 as the charges for loan. Now on 13th October they have withdrawn the money and now they are not picking up the call. Please help me what can I do to get my money back.
