Apparently he is going to make a fraudulent charge of Rs. 7999/- on a HDFC credit card which I do not have. I got a challan from traffic police by post for driving against the flow.

I tried to pay the challan online, as the delhi police traffic challan (e-challan) can be paid online.

But, the option which should appear along with amount is not available.
That is "paynow" option is missing
