Sir I have received a call from a person named Anil from a company named info credit services for the first time on 5th September 2016, saying that they are providing a loan to me of Rs.4, 60, 000 at minimal interest rate and installment of Rs.9000. Initially I denied but they kept on calling me regularly in a gap of 2-3 days. So, at last on 28 September I agreed. He told me to give the copies of documents which were Aadhar card and salary statement and a cheque of Rs.6445 as the charges for loan. Now on 13th October they have withdrawn the money and now they are not picking up the call. Please help me what can I do to get my money back.

10/10/2016 - I am repeatedly getting call from +91 [protected] from a person, identifying as caller from credit card servicing. Apparently he is going to make a fraudulent charge of Rs. 7999/- on a HDFC credit card which I do not have. Please advice what kind of protection I can take & as well how Police or Crime branch can take some action against the caller.
The calls are repeated on 12/10 & 14/10/2016 also. I have blocked the phone number.

After making the payment of rs. 1160/- for one cancer injection i received the call from catherine mo no[protected] and she told that she will email me the receipt. She took my pan no and address of bangalore. After that suspicious i checked the complaints against this ngo and i found lot many complaints. Please check
And if it is a fraud please immediately take action against these people.

I tried to pay the challan online, as the delhi police traffic challan (e-challan) can be paid online.

But, the option which should appear along with amount is not available.

I have seen an advertisement in news paper year back telling that Business-Opportunities for Home-Based Business people from Kanchan ENTERPRISES, start earning 40000/- to 50000/- per month by installing Dona(paper bowls) machines and they will give the buy back guarantee also.
Once u buy the machine and send the finished material, they not even pick the phone and never answer your call, this is there way to cheat people and make heavy profits. I have invested more than 80, 000/- on machine and got cheated with Kanchan Enterprise (mobile [protected] / [protected] / [protected] / [protected])

This is with reference to the above mentioned subject, i am complaining against a Traffice Police Officer or Constable (Mr. Suresh Pal).
I wish to inform you that i was coming from Rajokari, New Delhi, i Crossed the Red Light before bus stand of brar square (near dhola kua, New Delhi) when it was Yellow at 05.55 P.M on Tuesday (27th of September 2016), when i was crossing that light then there were 2 bikes and 1 car on my back side, they crossed (at the time of yellow light) from right side of road and i was coming normally on left side of road as slowly-slowly.
At that time a Policeman give me hand and order to stop my bike, I stopped my bike as he told.. he asked me about the documents of bike (RC and Licence), i started to withdraw my documents from bag to show him, in this time he told me ...rehane de kagaj mat nikaal Rs. 100/- de de vaise hi...i shocked ... i said ...why...he told ..Rs.100/- de bas...nahi to red light jump ka challan kaat dunga... I told him why i will give an amount of Rs.100/- and i didn’t jump a red light (in this time 2 bikes and 1 car were with my back side then how can i jump red light ).
I asked him (Traffice Policeman-Mr. Suresh Pal) how can you say that i have jumped a red light...i asked him if i jumped red light then please tell me...what is proof with you ..that ..i have jumped ...he told ...every thing is in Camera ...then ...i asked ...please let me show picture or footage...(i will pay my challan)...then he told ...Dramebaji mat kar jyada ...Rs.100/- de vaise hi...koi challan nahi katunga agar chupchap se de dega to...
I told him that ...ohh...now i understand ...you want a bribe...then he said...nikaal ..nikaal ...samajh gaya to...i told him...i will not pay a single rupee ...without show the proof...then he replied ...achchha ..to tu nahi dega Rs.100/-...theek hai, , , , ..to beta ab court me hi de...aur tujhe jo karna hai tu kar le mera... aur meri photo voto bhi leni ho to le le...i told him...tum logo ko haraam mooh lag gaya hai, , , ...tumahara bhagwan hi malik h..haraam ke paise galat jagah hi doge...during this conversation he gave a challan and said, ...ja beta ab court ke dhakke kha...aur dekhta hun...kitne proof mangta hai to court se...he gave a challan in my hand (Challan No-DCC[protected] DT. 27.09.2016) ...and.. told...bhag ja yahan se ...rukiyo mat yahan par ab...nahi to bahut pitega tu ab...

All mentioned conversions ...i want to ask the questions :-
First, how can i or a common man satisfy with the duty of a person (traffic policeman) who is a authorised to cut a challan or other activities, it means ...all are truth if any government person said but when a common man tell then he has to prove the same.

Secondly : a policeman is asking about a bribe only for Rs. 100/- from a common man then what can we do against him or how can we get a relief from these kind of things.

Please let me know, If i submit or make this complaint against him (Ghooskhor- Suresh Pal) then what action will taken against him and how many days.

I am submitting this complaint against Traffice Police – Mr. Suresh Pal because he asking me a bribe of Rs. 100/- very clearly and openly.

I will pay as he my cut my challan but request you to please show the footage as that policeman told.

Please take a Serious action on this complaint and i hope you will sort out the same on Urgent Basis.

Kindly do the needful at the earliest possible.

Thereafter he made three online transaction as per the following details.
1. Rs. 2500.00 VODAFONE-BILLDESK at 03:58:26 P.M. dated 13/09/2016.
2. Rs. 2500.00 VODAFONE-BILLDESK at 03:57:10 P.M. dated 13/09/2016.
3. Rs. 2500.00 IDEA CELL-BILLDESK at 04:00:01 P.M. dated 13/09/2016.
All these transaction are unauthorised and I have been cheated by the person using/ having telephone number [protected].
Kindly investigate the matter and ensure justice in recovery o[censored]nauthorised amount for Rs. 7500.00
As She already cheated me, I am soft target for him, that is why he is trying again and again. Please investigate and recover my withdrawal amount immediately.

A new road (Nala Road) has been built from Dabri to Sagarpur (New Delhi – 110046).It’s a main road so heavy traffic is present there. The road does have 2 way lanes. But my concern is that the people have started parking their vehicles on the road and there are hawkers also present on the road. At evening the hawkers make their fixed spot on the road. The 2 way lane becomes 1 way and there are streets which are connected to the road. Buses, Trucks creates the most mess here. If you want to enter the road from any street then you are unable to see the coming traffic due to the parked vehicles which result in accident. Some of the police officals are also present but no one manages the traffic or ask the citizens not to mark the vehicles.

I request you to please take an appropriate action. It is really becoming difficult for everyone to drive on the road.

On Saturday 17 sep 2016, I had approched just dial for insurance and I got one call from[protected] for insurance policy of my scooty and motor cycle. Agent ask me for my registration copy on whatup no[protected] for further process. After some time he come to my house with the Oriental insurance company policy and after taking the money he handover the policy and told me...

I received a telephone call from mobile number[protected] on dated 13th May 2016 at 1043 Hrs. and 14th May 2016 at 12:58 Hrs regarding updating of my credit card bearing number [protected] of Axis Bank and asked to provide all details which I have provided trusting him to be Axis Bank Customer Care Person.
Thereafter he made two online transaction as per the following details.
1. Rs. 9630.15 TATA Indicom at 02:12 P.M. dated 14/05/2016.
2. Rs. 5000.00 SuvidhaInfoserve Pvt. Ltd. at 03:11 P.M. on 14/05/2016.
All these transaction are unauthorised and I have been cheated by the person using/ having telephone number [protected].
Kindly investigate the matter and ensure justice in recovery o[censored]nauthorised amount for Rs. 14630.15

Note: Similar call was received from Mobile Number[protected] on 01/06/2016. When I grilled him he disconnected the phone. He was also asking about my card details.

Further on[protected] I got telephone call at 0200 PM from mobile number [protected] and [protected] asking similar details and offering me credit point of value Rs. 5000 . I immediately informed to IO Vijaya Kasana in Lodhi Colony Police Station.

As he already cheated me, I am soft target for him, thatis why he is trying again and again. Please investigate and recover my withdrawl amounnt immediately .

This 8000/- rs. for your documents verification .A verificatioin certificate provide to you and It will valid till ten years. I think may be Recruitment Company' s demand this is . So I said to him I will arange it to next day on till 2.00 pm but I requested him so many times I belongs to a low middle class family my father is a Security Guard.I can't able to pay this money but I will arrange this money any where. He told me dont worrt this money will refund with 1st Month of Salary. DOnt worry i understand your problem.but He did not tell me any thing .I sold my golden chain in 8500 rs and pay him 8000/- through online. as the payment released by me he transferred to call to next member name Bharti She told me I you want to confirm Job in DPS You have to pay 14000/- rs some thing at argent I asked her I have already pay 10500/-rs. she told me You have to pay this money right now in argent this has demanded by DPS . At the corner of Sarita Vihar entrance from SV Metro Station, Mathura Road both early morning and in the evening, the e rickshaws driven by illiterate, under 18s have no concept of traffic management and park double, sometimes triple along the road entering the colony, drive recklessly on the wrong side of the road, with passengers and esp school students. They need to be given some training on road safety, traffic management and rules. It is not enough to give them permission to drive these e rickshaws recklessly, without regard to oncoming traffic. The entire road into Sarita Vihar has become congested and difficult to enter, with cycle rickshaws and e rickshaws crowding for space. The road is further narrowed because of potholes in the middle.
