Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that dated 02-Sep-11 was my own vehicle no DL2C AH-5083 parked nearby at my home there is very huge space for the parking. But on 3-sep-11 Morning by 10.00 am I have checked my car, those doors are already opened & body cover is tear, Car Stereo and EMC electronics Devices(Which is very costly worth Rs.15-20 thousand) is theft in the my Car also.

Same time I have called to Delhi police on 100 at 10.15am my complaint no is -136 after 15-20 minute police came and checked the completed location. Then they have to go Madhu Vihar Police station and said to us meet at Madhu Vihar Police station, we have to go police station Madhu Vihar (East Delhi), Mr. Ram Pal (S.I) handling the case. He told to us write down the application for the same. He refused to write any F.I.R against my case. Once Again I have request to him for the F.I.R registration, but he had not entertain to us. And told to us Computer operator not in office today, so you have to come by Monday 05-sep-11 by 10 am for the FIR.

By Monday 05-sep-2011 I reached at Police station by10.00 am and asked at enquiry desk about the Case In charge they had confirmed to us, he not in office as of now and I was called to him then he confirmed to me I will coming next 20-30 minutes but after 20 minutes he had come and told to us I am going to Max Hospital not sitting with you and you have to come today evening by 5.00pm.

In the evening before going to Police station I called up to S.I he not picked up the phone.

Next day by 6-sep-2011 again I called up to him his phone is not reachable. By evening 6-sep-2011 I had gone the police station and meet another policeman regarding the same he told to us contact to you case in charge. That time I met to S.I he said to me come by tomorrow morning.

Again I went to the police station by 7-sep-2011 at 10.00 am but same picture on my face. He told to me you have to come by today evening.

Sir,
I requested to you pls register my FIR for claim purpose to Insurance company.


Kindly do the needful ASAP.

the complaint is against 3 traffic police constables who were on their duty at the bus stop of wazirpur industrial area, ashok vihar today[protected] at 6:55pm.
Today when I was waiting for a bus at the stop, and a DTC low floor bus(DL1P C 7462, route number:166) came. the bus driver neither opened the front door for the ladies(including me) and nor did he cared to close the back door of the bus while moving, thus, violating the two rules of the bus.
When I along with 3-4 females waiting for the bus approached the cops who were just 10 meters away from the stop and asked them to take some action against the bus driver, they were so rude and inhuman.

They said," madam , yahan aisa hi chalta hai. apko jada hai to bus depot ja kar complaint kar do. waise ajkal koi bhi department nahi sunta, toh ab hum kya karein".

I felt so bad and disheartened with their response and replied back," if even you people will not listen to our problem, then where will we go".
And they just turned their face and moved back smiling.

It was then that I got an idea to make my voice heard through consumer complaints.
I hope that this matter will be looked in sincerely so that people have atleast SOME FAITH in DELHI TRAFFIC POLICE who claims to be with us, for us always.....

I had been crossing the Sarita Vihar flyover and was fined for over speeding. On request to show the speedometer the police denied to show and threatened to enpound the car. Girls are taken as easy target by traffic Police officers. They said that i were at a speed of 65 kms which is not true i was at arnd 45-50 kms i can say this because i had just stopped over a red light which was less than 5 meters away. I drive a wagon R and by no way the car can have a pick up of 65 kms per hour. The officer name is Avtar Singh rank no 231610 ; s1/20 svn. He refused to cut the chalan hoping that he would be bribed. Moreover how can you have written chalan before catching a person.

I want some action to be taken over the officer even though i have paid the chalan.

My nehpew's (Sunny Sharma) car brakedown on karam pura flyover on16.08.2011 at 10.00PM, he was waiting for macahnic to come, in the mean time a rash truck no. HR55 G8829 came and hit his car from left side and try to run away, my brother follow and catch him after 100 mtrs. my brother call police, police came after 30 mintus, police saw that truck driver is willing to compensate the accident, police S.I. Yogendra Kumar took driver a side and negotiate, came back to my nephew and tellying him that truck driver is saying that you cought him by mistake he did not hit you, if you still want to lodge a complaints your car will be kept in police station and our engineer/specialest will came and they will decide, all process will take two to three days. we request him to file F.I.R, he refuse to do so, we came back.
pls look into it if you can do anything, we will be oblize

I there any way where we can find it or log a online complaint.

This eve teasing is everywhere but if this kind of system is available these thing can come down drastically and good for women and society.

Dear Sir,
In Tughalkabad Extn To Okhla road many unligal car parking & there is no space for ongoing vehicle & if someone told to those car owner they are ready to fight & abuse.
All these things happenes in under traffic police attendent but they are not taking any action because of all they are include. All your Constable or superviser are taking monthly money for there car parking. About that we have no spce to walk in footpath or road so, we have facing lots of problems & we are forcefuly to walk in the road.
So, I kindly request to you please take some neccessery action against my complaint.

Delhi Police and Traffic police should target the activities that are dangerous to other people through challans and educating people

1. Illegal, dangerous and wayward parking of vehicles including Rikshawala
2. Stopping middle of the road and talking and waiting
3. Turning without giving indicators
4. No light in vehicles in the night
4. Red light jumping
5. MCD for bad roads, and potholes, open guttersm and garbage dumps
6. Private busses, Autos and Gramin Seva vans for wayward driving
7. Useless use of horn and faulty silencer, noise making vehicles
8. Bad condition buses which are dangerous to passengers
9. Rude Bus staffs

Mr Gupta please educate the Police staff and keep them engaged in some meaningful activities not just harassing public and cutting challans

Clean, aware and educated Delhi will be ess will be the crimefree and less pressure on Delhi Police.

I was travelling Delhi on 16th April road no.51 (Mukandpur towards Azadpur) where 3 Delhi Traffic police men stopped me in a service lane and issued me a challan for the one way which was not the case.

They told me that the lane is only one way which was a lie and there is no sign board too which tells that the service lane is a one way.

How can i fight the case???

this is an incident that shows the present condition of our traffic police department. today when i was going to my company, a traffic police stopped me and took away my licence. on asking my fault he said i was not following signal rule.
to let you know, i was coming from Gokhalenagar and was going to Aundh from SB Road . i was on my bike, near Marrite Hotel I cross the Signal before it has time to become red 4 sec. but still the police charged me with a fine of RS 100.
i tried to explain them that i was not wrong and was following traffic rules, but all in vain.they said we are serving the people.
the two officials on site were, Shivaji Kuber Jadhav (in white uniform) and one temporary also in white Uniform.
at the end i had to pay fine of rs100 at University of Pune.
i request you to kindly consider this matter. I would surely pay fine if i m wrong, but why should i, if i havent done anything wrong?is this how they serve people? because of him i get very late to company and manager give my complaint to HR
Please try to reduce that type of wrong behavior of police

Dear Sir,

My name is Tanuj. I applied for a new passport on 11 Feb 2011.
After 3 days I was called to our local police station for verification. I went and submitted all the necessary documents. My documents were allright. After submitting the officer asked me to pay Rs. 200 as bribe calling it as (raat ka intzam) which I refused to pay. Then he took my documents and I left.
Now form last month my online status for passport is " Police Report is incomplete and the case is being examined ". He did not send a clean report despite proper documents as i refused to pay him. Despite going to the police station several times all is falling on deaf ears. I don't want to pay a bribe.
please help.

The following mail was made on 3rd February,2011, through the same mode of internet.
No doubt u took action and within a week time after the complaint the traffic police came to his office and asked him ( owner of Bedi Car Zone ) to remove the cars & which he removed.
For next few days he didn't park the cars in front of his rented shop & which leading to road blocks as mentioned in my trailing mail.
But after few days o[censored]r taking the action, things have again been reversed and are running in a way these were running previously i..e Bedi car zone has again started parking his all tradeable cars ( 2nd hand car sales & purchase )in front of his rented shop and again there is traffic chaos.
It is very sad that actions are taken just to complete the formalities and as an eyewash.
Why authorities are so lethargic in taking things seriously

Illegal Encroachment by Car Dealer in Shalimar Bagh AC Block Market
Bedi Car Zone has taken a shop on Rental in AC block Market in Shalimar Bagh,Delhi
Till few months back there was a STD Booth & Paan Vendor under Tehbazari of MCD, but they were shifted to another location in view of broadening the road due to increased traffic & to facilitate the genral public.
After shifting these Tehbazari shops to new locations, MCD cemented the corners of roads & made it broadened, so that more space is available on the road
But after few days of broadening the road, this Bedi Car Zone started parking his second hand cars on this new cemented road corners.
It appears that MCD had broadened & cemented the roads only to facilitate the Bedi Car Zone to park his second hand cars .
Moreover, even though the road is broadened but still 1/4th of the road is also occupied by Bedi Car as he parks his cars vertically covering entire footpath + broadened cemented road + 1/4th of the tarcoal road. This has also resulted in traffic chaos at this stretch.
Nutshell is that public money was spent to broadened the road but it is utilised by Bedi Car zone
Moreover, how come the taxpayers money can be spend in such an irresponsible way, which benefits an individual rather than public in general.
Also pls note that in night all the cars of Bedi car zone are parked inside the AC Block market.
Normally there are 10-12 cars parked at any given point of time.
It is also a security threat to the people living in area near vicinity of cars parked, but Delhi police also seems to have hands in hands with this car dealer, as Police also doesn't take any action whereas there is a police picket hardly 50 meters ahead of this site.
Why Govt authorities cann't act at their own on the visible violations & why everything is supposed to be taken up by the public to awake the govt autorities ( MCD & Police in this case ) for such petty issues
