Subject: Complaint against absconding tenant for suspected fraud, cheating & criminal breach of trust regarding goods purchased on EMI & Verification of Tenant: Priyanka & Her Mother-in-Law (Fateh Grand Mother)

Respected Sir/Madam,
1. Tenant Name: Priyanka
2. Address: House No.68, Gali No.4. Chander Vihar Near Baba Makhan Shah Gurudwara Nilothi Extn New Delhi-110041
3. As per the mandatory guidelines, the Police Verification for Priyanka & Her Mother-in-Law (Fateh Grand Mother) was not submitted to your police station.
4. Recently, I came to know that Priyanka has purchased various high-value goods (such as electronics/appliances) on Equated Monthly Instalments (EMI) using the address of House No.68, Gali No.4. Chander Vihar Near Baba Makhan Shah Gurudwara Nilothi Extn New Delhi-110041
5. When it is time to pay her EMI, Priyanka & Her Mother-in-Law (Fateh Grand Mother) locks her house and absconds for several months.

6. I discovered that the Priyanka & Her Mother-in-Law (Fateh Grand Mother) has absconded from the premises without clearing the EMIs for the aforementioned goods. The premises are currently locked, and the tenant is unreachable on his/her registered mobile numbers.
7. I strongly suspect that the tenant deliberately rented property with the malintent of committing a financial fraud/scam by purchasing goods on credit and fleeing the location (criminal breach of trust and cheating).
8. I am filing this complaint to officially bring this matter to the notice of the Delhi Police.

9. An investigation should be initiated against Priyanka & Her Mother-in-law (Fateh Grand Mother) by the police, and her police verification must also be carried out.
