Hello sir,
Today me and my brother (Medical officer, punjab) went german embassy for my brother's visa interview for educational purposes.
I left my brother at embassy's gate with all requirement.
And parked my vehicle at primus hospital's parking. And after 5 - 7 minutes my brother called me as he wanted to get cash from atm.
Somehow we managed to get cash and reached again at embassy.
I was waiting for few minutes in front of embassy gate for any if needed assistance for my brother.
I was sitting in the car on road which is 'no parking zone'...
Towing truck staff rushed towards my car and locked the wheel of car.
I accepted my mistake in front of officer and asked for instant challan payment and receipt
But he said you will get receipt from court (I think he told about patiala house court i don't remember exactly) after one week with fine up to 800 rupees...
Somehow, again i asked for challan payment and to give receipt but he refused to give (You can hear in voice clip)...
He asked his lower staff to get open lock and grabbed a bribe of 200 rupees...
And also he was not even in uniform... He did not seem to be a incharge asi... But some conductor as he was wearing light red full sweater and white wollen cap...
My plea is to investigate the officer and charged with him corruption charges. Was this information helpful? |
