I have an agreement with bhartiya telecom ltd for installation of mobile tower on our farmland. The ckmpany promised me to pay a certain amount after i make a paymebt of certain charges. I have made the payment since two months back but there us no pahment from the comoany. Now the company is not receiving my calls . I think the company is fraud. Please help me
