Delhi Police — illegal construction in the building

Sir i am naresh sharma, a residence of 1858, outram lane, g. T. B nagar, delhi 09 want u to please listen to my request. I myself live on 2nd floor and my 3rd floor has been rented out and it has been made a pg (Paying guest) whose landlord is mr. Inder gulati ([protected]) and on one floor they are accomodating 20 -25people at one time. These people are very rude and harsh and they are threating us and i live in a family where i have 2 children also and my wife and on the whole floor they have constructed illegally and aur rwa is also working on this becoz they are also against them becoz their construction is illegal but they are not listening to anyone. And we have also file a complaint in mukherjee nagar police station but they are doing nothing whis is really wrong. So i want u to please take some action as soon as possible. It would be very grateful for me as a citizen of india.
