Delhi Police — I'm complaining about my water meter which has been stolen

Dear sir, myself manju gupta owner of flat no. 1557 a, 2nd floor, (Lhs). Govindpuri gali no. 13. Near sbi atm. New delhi - 110019. Jal board k-no. Is [protected]. Meter no. Is, [protected]. Our water meter has been stolen by thieves on 12 march 2019 by or approx. 1 am to 4 am. While i was in my home. Meter was situated on the ground floor. Kindly lodge my fir complaint, so that i could apply for a new water meter. This complaint is for south giri nagar, police post, new delhi... Regards, manju gupta.
