Landlord didn't return my full security money. She deducted rs.1800 for water without even prior information from the security money.
Then she blamed that i haven't payed electricity bill for last month. When i showed her all the online receipt of payment. She deducted rs.800 for the upcoming electricity bill. I told her that i will give the exact amount bill but she denied. Then after the bill was released. I sent her the exact bill which was rs.160 only but she charged rs.800
I requested her to return remainjng money but she denied.
This is very disappointing and harassing, for switching on the water motor i was required to request their relative living downstair which was extremely torturous. Still i managed.
I payed for rent agreement too but she didn't give me rent agreement. I kept asking for the agreement but landlord ignored.
This the reason i gave 1month notice for leaving the flat because she was not giving agreement and water was big problems. Living without water was mental harassment. And she deducted money for water also.
And at the end when i ask her to give my money back she has started assassinating my character because she has nothing else left to say.
She hasn't verified my identity and didn't give me agreement so that she can deduct security money.
I am left with no proof because of this fraud landloard. But i request you please cross check their other renters without informing them. I am sure landlord has not given rent agreement to them too.
This is the address where i was rented but whole building is owned by landlord - 123/9 harshbela cross road, sant nagar burari, 110084. Landlord name is anjali chauhan.
