Delhi Police — missing of water meter

The water meter for 90/60 first floor malviya nagar is missing. The new k number - [protected]. The meter was installed in the back side courtyard of the building. The building was unoccupied for last 6 to 7 years.
We request for an fir so that we can install a new djb meter.
Now i want to install new meter from djb. As per requirement fir copy is required. Hence i request you to sent the fir copy
