Delhi Police — money withdrawal from my debit card where as the card was in my possession

N the morning [protected]@ 9:55am when i saw my phone i noticed a messages which mentioned withdrawal of money from my account no-[protected]. A sum of rs.35000 was debited from my account where as my debit card was in my personal possession. Request you to please treat this highly important as the same withdrawal has not been initiated by me.
Please help

K no: [protected] which has been stolen from RZ B 35, Arjun Park, Najafgarh, New Delhi on[protected].
