I received a call by a person from [protected] at 6.24pm today which is 30th april 2018,
The person said he is calling from airtel. He told me that i have not linked my adhaar number to my airtel number [protected] so it will be disconnected. I said i will get it done tomorrow. He said he is sending me an sms and that i have to copy it and forward it to 121.
The sms that he sent me, i have attached herewith.
-believing him, i did the same.
And i did few more sms as per the reply that came from 121 (Airtel customer care number)
I was a little suspicious when i read the sms. But the person insisted that i do, he said he is on hold and i should do it right now, i did as he said.
At the end, he said my number may get low signal or no network for a temporary time, but it wil get okay by tomorro.
At around 9pm, i realized that there is no network in my mobile,
I called airtel customer care at 121 from other number [protected] and they told me this is fraud and i registered a complaint and placed a request to block my number.

Airtel customer care said they will block this number in 30 mins but it has not got blocked so far.
In the meantime, if that person calls or misuses my number, i want to inform police so that necessary action can be taken if required.
