Delhi Police — not received untraceable report after 2 years

Dear sir,
I lost my bike dl12sd1819 from parking of sdm court nand nagri delhi on 17.9.2016 at 16:35 pm. After lodging fir no 027480/2016 they assure me to to provide untraceable report within 3 months. After calling several times to investigation officer mr vijender (Hc) - [protected] from last 2 years he always give unusual reason like i am busy, i am in court, call me next week etc. The insurance agency close the case after 1 year. Please arrange to provide untraceable report on urgent basis so i can resume my claim process.
