Delhi Police — not taking action against criminals

This complaint is against :
1. Sho manoj kumar
2. S. I. Bharat ratan
3. Asi. Prashanti lal
All are posted at p. S. Burari, delhi

Today i make pcr call around 5:25 pm that 3 criminals are beating me and i am injured pcr van admitted me at aruna asaf ali hospital around 6:00 pm i admited there at 10:00 pm but no police officer come to record my statement. I myself manage to talk with i. O that asi prashanti lal refused to come on the pretext that he can not take any action against accused becasue accused is the earning hand for our police station on i talk with chowki incharge and sho but both of them replied same. Pls take suitable action as possible.
