Myself kapil nagpal, my home address is 5/4 ramesh nagar new delhi 110015 single story near durga mandir. Owner of my house is smt. Prakash nagpal. Jal board k no. Is {protected}our water meter has been stolen by thieves last night. While we are sleeping. 3 water meters are lost. Kindly lodge my fir complaint so that i can apply for a new water meter.
